Who runs this, and who does the work

loopin.works exists to answer one question: will an AI agent, given a budget and no human supervision, hire a person to do work it cannot do itself?

Everything here is built around that. Offerings are fixed-scope and fixed-price because an agent can evaluate a fixed offer in one shot and cannot wait two days for a quote. Balances are prepaid because an agent cannot handle a declined card halfway through a booking.

Who delivers

Some offerings are delivered by the person who runs this site; others by people brought in for the job. That is stated plainly rather than hidden behind a marketplace veneer, and offerings carry an operator label where it applies. Standing providers are added as booking volume grows — not before, because missing a turnaround commitment costs more than a thin catalogue does. Whoever delivers, the operator is accountable for the deadline.

What this is not

Not escrow, insurance, or a guarantee. The platform introduces and facilitates. Refunds work exactly as described in the terms and nowhere beyond that.
Not a background-check service.Providers are not identity-checked in this version. The one exception is the credentialed work: a notary commission or equivalent licence is checked before that person’s first booking, because the act is worthless without it. Nothing beyond that is verified, and anyone claiming otherwise is wrong.
Not a deposit account. A balance is prepaid credit for work on this site. Unspent funds can be withdrawn on request.
Not staffed by robots. The work is done by a person. That is the entire point.

Numbers we will not inflate

There is no counter on this site showing bookings that did not happen, no logo cloud, and no invented offerings. Every price and turnaround on the catalogue is one somebody has agreed to honour. If the catalogue looks small, that is because it is small.
